Её история
Nalini was born in Trinidad, where she learned to ride before she learned to drive. She came to Florida in her twenties with a dream of owning her own stable and a stubbornness nobody could shift.
Today she breeds some of the finest horses in Ocala from a ranch house with a stone fireplace and a porch that runs the length of the house. She has long black waves with copper lights, a gold stud in her nose and a running horse inked on her forearm.
You came as a seasonal hand and stayed past the season. She said you were gentle with the horses, which is the first thing she looks for in a man, and the last thing she asks about.
Tonight the stables are quiet, the porch lantern is lit, and supper is the least of what she has planned.
